Scots Law: A Student Guide is an excellent, concise resource which covers all of the important areas of the law in Scotland, including Company Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law and Child and Family Law. Despite the breadth of topics covered, each area is presented in comprehensive detail. In addition to guides for further reading, there are also useful summaries at the end of each chapter which highlight the key points of each subject and also provide a brief outline of the most important cases and the legal principles to which the cases relate. The book is very user-friendly and is ideal for anyone studying Scots law or for those who are interested in particular areas of the law.
