The text throughout is in easily followed numbered paragrahs each of which provides a succinct summary of a discrete area of law. The book does not contain detailed expositions of housing law but describes each point in as brief a manner as possible, inevitably leading to oversimplification on occasions. This is nonetheless a well presented and easy to follow volume and should prove invaluable for practitioners/ advisors who need to get at the relevant law as quickly as possible.
