Doesnt really describe Tort 'In a Nutshell'
I am studying the ILEX & bought this book to give me an insight into Tort. The layout of the text is small and boring - nothing grabbing me or standing out. It's not so much the easy read i thought it would be though so I will be buying another book to learn about Tort im afraid.

excellent revision aid, to the point with a few more pointers for a good exam pass uses a wide range of cases.
