buy this
a must have for anyone studying company law, an invaluable piece of kit which will help you understand the basics, well written and easy to read
A Solid Overview
I found this book in the Nutshells series to particularly helpful.
As I studied in Northern Ireland the problem for me had been that Nutshells are written for the England/Wales market, leaving out Northern Ireland law. (cant blame them for that though)
However, along with lectures, which were excellent, and `Company Law' By Griffin, 4th Edition, I would strongly recommend this as a superb tool for university exam preparation.
