Spoiler alert - its Cap !!
yeah in an amazing cross-over resurrection combination mini=series, not a hoax, not an imaginary tale - no. Steve Rogers, Captain America comes back to life and crosses into the DC universe in time to take over the cowl as Gothams new hero. WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!
