Good Book
This book is quite good at showing the inside workings of the USS Enterprise. Unfortunately, it's in black and white only, which doesn't really affect the blueprints, but, does affect the uniform pages, where the colours have to be written and not shown.

However, it's still a lovely book. With a "personalised" intro by Cmdr. Scott, it starts by showing you the different ranks available in Starfleet, and then goes on to give detailed blueprints of the original refit Enterprise. It doesn't blue-print entire decks, but just rooms. From the bridge, right down to the swimming pool, it captures all the key areas of the ship.

Some editions also have an appendix about the Enterprise-A.

All in all, I recommend this book. You can curl up watching one of your favourite ST movies, while thinking, as you look at the book, "oh, that's where he is".
