J Philip Newell is a well established author of books about the Celtic Christian tradition. Previously Warden of Iona Abbey, and Warden of Spirituality in the Diocese of Portsmouth, he is presently in Spirituality at St Giles' Cathedral Edinburgh.

Spiritual Feast
A beautifully presented book, delightful to use on a daily basis for mediation, prayer or just to sit quietly to read. A lovely start and finish to the day.

The right words ...
I bought this book after being lent one by a friend - and I've now bought three extra copies to give away.
The prayers in the psalter are perfectly pitched to support regular, auuthentic, uncluttered prayer. This is just what I need at those times when it can be so difficult to find the right words and it becomes so tempting to give up trying.
