Customer Reviews
Definitely useful
I would definitely recommend this book as a way of testing yourself on questions of a similar mix to the exam itself. Time can easily become an issue in the Part 2 exam and this book gives you a chance to practise before the big day. It formed a valuable part of my revision!
good buy
I have also found this book very useful.
The best part of this book are the explanations. They are very informative and to the point. As well as explaning the correct stem, there are good explanations to the incorrect stems with reasoning as to why they are incorrect.
But like the other reviewers I do feel that some of the questions are probably too easy for the part 2 examination.
It is definitely a good buy!
EXCELLENT REVISION AID
Unlike most books, this book accurately reflects the actual MRCP exam. This new book is an essential revision tool and helps to consolidate the information learnt through hours of ploughing through text books. The questions are challenging, and not too difficult. The answers are useful for understanding a particular area more clearly. There are plenty of picture-based questions, and the pictures themselves are of high quality. My only criticism is that it came out too close to my exam, so I did not have sufficient time to read it completely!
