Not very useful1
I found this book while studying for MRCPCH part 1 B. It was out of date, the questions seemed very out of context of the whole exam. I have taken this exam 3 times now. I did some of the questions with a very clever registrar who thought the questions were also poor quality and some of the answers were dubious.
