The definitive bible of the sports therapist5
Having owned this publication for over a year it has proved invaluable both as a knowledge base and referance tool in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous sports injuries. The text and graphics are exellent, although the rehab section could be expanded and made user friendly. All in all essential reading.

An excellent text on sport injuries,5
This is the third edition of this excellent text on sport injuries. Although a 'heavy' subject to cover this book is an excellent guide to the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries. Although the book is primarily aimed at those people who work in the field of caring for these types of injuries, I would suggest that anyone who is serious about sport reads this book as the preventative aspect is very good.the section on methods of treatment for the injuries is especially very informative and quite easy to follow even though it has been written by two eminent orthopaedic surgeons (no disrespect intended). If you are serious about getting the most out of yourself or your athletes without causing injury then I strongly advise you by this book. I have read the second edition and the third edition is even better.

An outstanding text on treatment and prevention5
I have read both the second and third editions of this excellent text. The informaton on treatment of injuries is concise and specific. there is an outstanding section on rehabilitation. This book is a "must have" for anyone treating Sports Injuries or who is serious about their own sporting performance.
