A FANTASTIC READ THAT WILL COMPLETELY ASTOUND YOU!!!!!!
I hadn't read any of Cathy Hopkins books before I bought Mates, Dates and Mad Mistakes but now she is one of my FAVOURITE authors.This book is about four best friends(Izzie, Nesta,T.J and Lucy)who feel that as they are going into Year 10 next week they should do something to make boys look at them and go WOW!Izzie suggests that they should get their Belly Buttons pierced .The rest of them agree . This book will keep you entertained both physically,mentally and emotionally for hours upon end.This book was one of the best books I HAVE EVER READ!

Another unmissable book!
This is definitely one of Cathy Hopkins best books yet. This is the 6th book in the Mates, Dates and ... series and as I have read them all, I can definitely say this one is especially one not to miss out on. In this book we return to the wacky world of Izzy, but Izzy isn't happy as being thought of as the wacky, astrological one she wants a new image and will do anything to get it, needless to say she's trying to impress a certain boy! This causes more trouble for herself and her friends,and throws up many more unsuspecting suprises! So my advice is don't delay and buy today!

mates dates and MAD mistakes
Everyone was reading this book saying it was great so I had to try it out for myself and I found out Cathy Hopkins is a excellent author.
This book is brilliant for girls that are about to become teenagers trying to grow out of their parents but unfortunately that never happens.
However much Izzie tries to grow up she just became more of a child.
She learns lots of important lessons in the process and if I were you I wouldn't want to go through what Izzie did!
