The Right Fly5
Excellent book for a lot of reasons. It is a nice size so can be carried with you when you go fishing; it is simple, logical and well laid out in its descriptions of the wildlife that trout eat; it has a fantastic Q&A diagram to help you diagnose what to choose as your fly type; but best of all, apart from the great descriptions of each fly and what they can be used to imitate, it descibes how you should retrieve them - slow, fast, cm at a time, on the bottom etc etc. An excellent book of its type and one of the best I have found. I would strongly recommend it to any fly fisherman.
