Customer Reviews

Good for the new manager3
I've read a lot of books about time management - and I didn't learn much new from this one. But it's a comprehensive introduction to the subject for the new manager - or the experienced manager who needs to improve his/her time management. I particularly liked the practical approach of the book. There's lots of practical advice (right down to actual examples of checklists and other proformas) and the writing style of clear and direct. If you're struggling with your job then this book is sure to improve things.

I recommend it to new managers or experienced managers with time management problems. But if you're already OK in this area and you're looking for something to improve your existing time management skills then look elsewhere.
