About the Author
Robert Bond, solicitor and notary public, is head of e-commerce and technology at City Solicitors Hobson Audley. He specialises in the laws of intellectual property, information technology, digital media, data protection and e-commerce. He is legal counsel to the ICC Electronic Commerce Project in Paris and is director of legal affairs for Trustis Ltd, a computer security and e-commerce consultancy. He is a companion of the British Computer Society, a member of the IBA, LES and ABA and is a Freeman of the City of London.
