Christopher Ryan is currently Professor and Head of the Law Department at City University, London, specialising in criminal and company law. He was formerly a Lecturer at Victoria University (New Zealand), Kingston University and Liverpool University. He is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
