Helpful Guide5
The comic strip character Charlie Brown, asked how he thought he did on a test, responded that he was "hoping and praying" that he had done well. The response by another of the strip's characters was that "hoping and praying should never be substittued for studying and preparing".Simultaneously, all the knowledge extant on the law of torts might not be adequate to pass a subject exam unless it it is suitably condensed and presented. The goal of the authors is to help isolate essential issues and draft pertinent responses, and they have provided a useful prepartory aide which highlights major issues in the law of torts, giving major emphasis to the question of negilgence and accompanying issues such as employer liability for the actions of employees, products liability, and occupier issues. The format followed is to give a very brief synopsis of the law in a particular area, to present a relatively detailed question, identification of the key issues raised by the question, and develop an illustratory sample answer. Multiple questions are provided in each area.

I used this book which was fantastic. It really helped me get a distinction in my GDL last year - so I would really recommend it! It is hard to get hold of though.
