Built like a psychology textbook but fun.
This dictionary for dream interpretation is the best of it's kind. The symbols and archetypes within are all backed up and supported by reference to years of research by well known psychologists and philosophers. It is easy to understand and forms a new language which becomes part of waking life. Artists, Theologists, Phsychologists and all deep thinkers will benefit from keeping this book close to their heart.
The best dreamer's guide I have come across
I have a couple of other dream books in dictionary format, and they are not a patch on this one. Tom Chetwynd has a deep understanding of symbolism and gives intelligent possible meanings for the symbols that you come across in your dreams. He does not give you a fortune-telling style of meanings as some books are prone to do. He simply guides you through what your unconscious may be trying to bring to your attention. To my mind, this is what dreams are all about.
Buy the book, even if you are sceptical, and look up some of the imagery of your dreams. I think that you will find it makes a lot of sense.
