About the Author
Celia Hawe has taught yoga internationally for over 20 years, as well as educating other fitness teachers and running personal development workshops. She holds the prestigious British Wheel of Yoga diploma and is a member of the Association of Fitness Professionals in the US. Over the years she has been invited to teach in Hawaii, Egypt, California, the Far East and the UK and constantly updates her knowledge by visits to the IDEA fitness convention in the US. She is now based at the famous spiritual community at Findhorn in northern Scotland where she lives with her partner, Peter.

Very holistic and motivitional
I found this book to be an excellent read, not just a manual for a quick fix but it gives you the opportunity to analyse why you do things and how to change your approach. The actual asanas are nicely explained and diagrammed and the relaxation and meditation exercises are lovely. My only criticism is I think it will take alot of practice to try and learn the routine from the book, a dvd or even cd would be a useful addition to help you get used to the programme.
