A revision guide with brief but useful information
I am currently revising for an A2 biology exam, the revision guide is a useful study tool; the information it provides is to the point and includes frequent exam questions and tips. However the guide does not include all the information I need to cover on the AQA syllabus; I use it in conjunction with my notes and textbook.

I'd recommend this guide to anyone who is struggling with keyconcepts or wants to improve their exam performance through doing example questions.

Great review series - a must have
I wrote my Biology CAPE (Caribbean Advanved Proficiency Examination) exams in 2003 and 2004 which is the Caribbean's equivalent to A levels. I used both the AS and A2 revise study guides and got distinctions in both years. These books are ideal for quick review, however you must use a core text first. i read through both books in 3 hours the morning before my exam (although i had been using them throughout my course). This however is the old edition and i am sure the newer ones are even better. I like the biology series the best but the chemistry ones are good as well, the physics series had too many mistakes
