Excellent! Hatha Yoga integrating the chakras
This book is really the first I have seen to integrate the chakras into the practice of Hatha Yoga. Very well written and easy to follow, with helpful detail relating to the specific anatomical & psychological benefits of regular practice of the illustrated asanas. As a yoga teacher, I find this book invaluable, and refer to it as 'my bible'! I also happily recommend it to all of my students.
