A very comprehensive guide to EU Law, this book allows the student to understand the complexities of how EU Law is made as well as the difficulties encountered by having so many independent agendas to satisfy.

The book takes a logical approach to the subject and can be highly recommended as a course book for students learning the subject, as well as giving a general background for the benefit of corporate lawyers operating within Europe.
