It explores everyhing from incorporation of a company to the roles of directors within a company and the rights of shareholders. It provides an excellent companion to more detailed texts and gives explanatory notes to specific case law as well as the relevant statutes. It really is excellent value for money and enables the reader to test their knowledge of an area of law that can at times seem extremely complex. For revision purposes a deinite must.
