A very authoritative work5
The book explores in detail the conflicting opportunities and constraints as well as motiviations and disincentives for individuals and groups to use nuclear, biological or chemical weapons. As well as being highly informative and well researched it is a good read and should be of interest and possibly concern to anyone who travels on public transport(!) as well as those with a more academic interest in the subject.
