Does what it says on the tin!
A cracking reference guide which does exactly what it says in the write up. This book has alphabetical lists of obligations and requirements which a Company Secretary should manage. It is, however, extremely valuable for any Director of a UK Company. This is easily the best book I've bought on such matters and I highly recommend it.

Well worth the few quid it costs.
