an interesting rework of differnt cuisines in one cookbook4
This book is a fantastic reference for fusion style cooking.

I work in the industry myself and read this book from front to back and found myself longing to get straight into the kitchen and start trying the recipes out for myself.

I have actually used a variation of one recipe in the restaurant I currently work in and it is quite a popular dish! Thanks Ming Tsai.

It is probably more suited to the more foodie style cook who has some basic skill in the kitchen. It also can require some preparation as some dishes have several parts to them.

Overall though if you appreciate interesting flavours, different styles of cooking that is artfully blended and great presentation then this book is one to check out!
