Average customer review:Product Description
In this work, the reader will find Indian curries: rogan josh, korma, vindaloo, madras, tandoori and tikka. But there's a lot more to Indian food than curry - there are subtly falvoured seafood dishes, unusual and very appealing vegetarian dishes, memorable samosas, pakoras and bread and a range of curry accompaniments. There's also an informative illustrated glossary of Indian essential ingredients. Each recipe includes a colour photograph, simple instructions, and has been triple-tested by The Australian Women's Weekly Test Kitchen to ensure quality and taste.

No Nonsense Indian Meals
The recipes in this book are really easy to follow, most of the ingrediants are readily available to buy. The first couple of pages tells you about the different spices used, how to use them and what flavour they produce. Next section has some lovely starters like Curried Carrot Soup, Aloo Tikka, Prawns with hot lime pickle mayonnaise etc. Main favourites include Lamb Rogan Josh, Tandoori Chicken wings, Pork Vindaloo, Korma, Tikka Kebabs, plus side dishes to accompany them. Well worth the money, great mini book to keep on your kitchen shelf.
