Simple and reassuring for the ordinary SME businessman
Has certainly given me a feeling that I am probably not alone in being nervous about trying to explore my PC and that I shouldn't worry about making a mistake ... and if I do it will normally be recoverable. Also it is reassuring that the computer is not without problems ... which can normally be resolved by simply re-booting !

Marvellous...A non technical computer book
This wonderful pocket sized IT book does not attempt to make you an IT nerd. Instead it clearly and simply shows you how to use IT to your advantage.

I have already implemented several of the tips provided by the book and believe any entrepreneur will find numerous invaluable tips in the book.

At last....a computer book for the non-computer literate!
You may happen to have a great deal of computer knowledge, or just a little (as I do) but getting your business up to speed in this fast-moving computer age can be a literal nightmare of confusion and uncertainty - just try reading the average two-inch thick 'simple' book, or magazine, designed to 'help' you in this! At last we have a simple, easy to read guide to the MOST important facts, from an author who appears to pull no punches where the smooth running of your business is concerned. For example, we are told to unload ALL games from ALL machines in a working environment (yes, even your 'lunchtime' patience card game)...they just don't belong there. How true. In just a short section each, we are told which programs are best, how to design a better website, what to do if you 'crash', how to protect against viruses, and a great deal more. A gem of a book!
