A great collection of classic film buffoonery
Any such list is bound to cause a good deal of debate, but surely that is half the enjoyment? What is great about this book, is not 'which film steals the no.1 slot' but the fact it contains an insightful lowdown of 100 of cinemas greatest and wide ranging achievemnents.

I don't know what to write here...
Well I cheated a bit, this book really deserves no more than three stars. The writing is contrived, pretentious and jargon ridden. The list itself is very immature in stature, as if it's trying to be different solely for the point of being different. But I LOVE IT! I take this book practically everywhere I go. It's worn and practically falling apart. When it does fall apart, however, I will save every piece. E.T.'s 100 is one of my most treasured books. It may not be a great book but it's my great book.
