Incorrect DVD
Quite simply, the accompanying dual disk DVD that comes with this book had Apollo 11 footage on one side and not Apollo 12, so buyers beware obtaining this book from UK as may be faulty batch of supportive DVD's. I had to order volume 2 again direct from USA to bypass this error and fortunately the DVD was correct, hence only 2 stars.
