Synopsis
This is a collection of nude photographs and drawings of the group Mediaeval Baebes. The text explores the erotic dreams of the group giving them a mediaeval interpretation. The photographs aim to recreate the poses of women from pencil drawings by Egon Schiele and are nostalgic and slightly dark.
Customer Reviews
Magicly Dark
The book "Songs Of The Flesh" is a unique and beautyfully arranged collection of erotic photos and text with a dark mediaevallish atmosphere. Vania's Photos are very good, they have a special style, the Beautyfull girls from the great band -"Mediaeval Baebes" give the photos alot and are condowning alot. A few Drawings reveal another big tallent of Vanias'. Mary Fiendly wrote most of the charming and dreamy text she is very tallented, some of the text was written by Katherine Blake, the former of the band. The book is very well arranged and designed, and it also contains some information about the band. All in all it's a great book to have in your art- books librery, and it's a very special collectors' item for "Mediaeval Baebes" fans and lovers.
