Women enjoy this book
I have had so many letters and calls from women who have enjoyed the book and found that the cards have helped them in becoming more fully in tune with their goddess archetype. If you have comments on the book you can E mail me on Juni.goddess @virginetcouk.

Customer Reviews

Great book, loved the illustrations5
I liked the quiz on what goddess are you at the front of the book and found it was really accurate about my archetype goddess I'm a Hecate - goddess of intuition and psychic abilities, the other main archetypes are Aphrodite, goddess of love, Kali goddess of creation and destruction, Athenathe Warrioress, Demeter who holds the mother energy and Diana the Nature Goddess.

I tried it the quiz out on a few friends and it was accurate. I tried it out on my partner and it turned out he was a DEmeter, which is true he very warm and nurturing for a man.

Their is a card pack for fortunetelling and I like the fact that the pack is not Eurocentric but has African and Asian , Japanese etc goddesses.

Makes a nice prezzie

beautifully presented book of wisdom and fun4
I have now used this book on many occasions for myself and with friends and have been amazed at the pertinence of the cards and comments every time. I appreciate the multi-cultural selection of goddesses and the fine way in which the cards and booklet have been illustrated.

Made me a convert to the normally elusive world of Godesses5
Parkhurst does a fantastic job analysing what I have in the past considered to be a long winded and potentially factless field of study. Using clear yet vivid language, she made me a convert to the elusive world of Godesses and managed to open up my perspective in this field greatly. I received this book as a present and initially felt that it would not be my cup of tea. How more wrong could I have been?

I am a simple South London man who normally likes his reading to be straightforward. This book, to use an Americanism, 'smokes' over everything else I have read in recent years. Check it.
