Average customer review:Product Description
Written by recent examination candidates, "Fundamental Aspects of Radiology" is designed primarily as a revision aid for physicians sitting the Part 1 FRCR, and is the first revision guide for this examination to be published since the late 1980s. Encompassing anatomy, basic physics, modality-based physics and radiation pharmacology, the text is accompanied by line drawings and specially selected radiographs. This publication also proves relevant to radiographers and general clinicians. It aims to provide a clear, concise text with good quality images and illustrations.

'Few texts encompass so many aspects of the examination in one volume... I highly recommend it to all FRCR candidates.'

Customer Reviews
Excellent revision aid for FRCR Part I
A very concise text covering most of the Part I course. The anatomy and physics are well considered with useful lists to aid study for MCQ's. Techniques are not as well covered. The diagrams in this book are small but clear. The radiographs/images within are too small and not of good quality. However, I would strongly recommend this book to anyone studying for Part I FRCR. With little improvement, I am sure this could become an essential text for any radiology trainee/resident.
Useful crammer
A slim volume but the content was well chosen to cover those topics that people struggle with and the examiners love to use for MCQs. The anatomy section is particularly good for spelling out some fiddly topics in a clear way. Definately worth reading and rereading in the run up to FRCR.
Last-minute revision aid
This is a good last minute revision book for FRCR I. It covers anatomy and physics well, but techniques are not included. Includes plenty of diagrams and some images.
