This book provides medium term plans for teaching Reception with Year 1 for twelve topics including Weather, Seaside, Plants, Minibeasts and Toys. It shows the links between the Early Learning Goals and KS1 PoS objectives. It provides a good selection of plans which could be easily adapted for your own classroom topic. There is a suggested two-year cycle framework and it's all available on disk to edit to suit too!
