Customer Reviews
Well thought out book
As a lecturer who delivers iseb Business Analysis courses I found this book very good. It gives clear concise information and reinforces the knowledge with many examples. An excellent read in preparation for both The Organisational Context certificate and the Diploma Oral examinations.
Received well in time
My earlier mail was misunderstanding. Got this book well in time, for a friend of mine. Thanks
