Excellent for first time web page designers
I found this book by pure accident. I had always found it difficult understanding things such as tags, links and how the page should be laid out. But this excellent work by a very talented 13 year old sets out in an easy to understand way, aided by cartoons, how to go about creating and designing your web pages. Obviously not for the experienced web designer, but for us newbies it's a god send. Although I do not use Word 2000, the functionality of Word 97 is close enough for me to be able to use this book with little trouble. I understand that further books will be forthcoming in the near future and I for one will certainly keep an eye open for them.

Very Informative
I have only recently purchased a computer, and have wanted to learn how to create webpages,this book was suggested to me by my son and said that he had learnt a great deal from it. The instructions are very clear and i was able to set up a webpage on my hobbie of antiques. From that moment on my buisness in antiques has taken off through enquiries over the internet. This was a great start for the novice that i am. I wish this young author every success.

Excellent introduction to the World Wide Web
I had this book recommended to me by a friend so I bought a copy for my son. He found it very clear and concise and loved the cartoons. Since reading the book, he has taken to creating an excellent website - something he would have struggled to do without the book. Like the previous reviewer, I admire the talent of the author and look forward to future titles becoming available. Thoroughly recommended.
