a technique that's adaptable, dynamic, effective and safe
This book is now on the reading list of many schools, colleges and institutes and is required reading for all students of sports therapy as well as practitioners. It's success is based on the fact that the author is well versed in her art, knows what she is talking about, and conveys her principles in a very easy to understand format without patronising the reader. If you are a student or practitioner of any physical therapy, you can't afford to ignore this book. It will transform your career!

STR a Must for all Physical Therapists
This book is a Must for anyone studying or practising any form of Physical Therapy. Having been shown the technique of STR, and putting it in to practice by the author herself I can certainly confirm she knows her subject, which is very clearly emphasised in the explanation and clarity of the technique in her book. I can recommend very highly the techniques and have had some Excellent results when working with clients. I have found this book to be one that I often refer to and it has a very important place on my therapy bookshelf. A book well worth the money and investment.
An informative, educatational reference guide to STR.
Mary offers a unique systematic, informative approach to a difficult technique, using terms that are easy to follow and with pictures to match. An essential addition in my view to any physio/physical therapists personal library. Highly recommended.
