Wendy Lewis is an independent beauty consultant with an international client list that includes celebrities, socialites, beauty editors, business women and housewives. She is a true insider to the world of beauty, dermatology and cosmetic surgery. She started her New York consultancy in 1997 and, in response to huge demand for her expertise in the UK, added an office in London with consulting rooms in Harley Street. Wendy is quoted in all the top glossies including Harpers & Queen, Vogue, as well as Shape, You Magazine and the Sunday Times and is also editor of WLBeauty Watch, an international beauty periodical with a global readership. For many years she wrote the New York Beauty Column in the Evening Standard's ES Magazine.

Brilliant! Required reading for any woman with a wrinkle.
This is such a fantastic book, and very honest and sincere. It explains everything you need to know about your face, why and how it ages, and what you can do about it. The author gets very personal and talks about what she has had done, and the case studies are about women we can all relate to. The writing is fresh, and upbeat and very entertaining actually. It makes a very scary subject, seem more manageable and explains each procedure and treatment from eye creams to BOTOX to facelifts in detail. I would recommend this book for everyone.

A warm hearted and informative book
I found this book to be quite useful and the information helped guide me through my search. It is hard to get reliable advice, and the author presents things in easy to understand terms. She has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. When I tried to get an appointment with her, she was booked up for 4 months, so I thought I would buy the book first. I'm glad I did.

A wonderful resource!
I dove right into it. I enjoyed her sense of humor mixed in with the sobering facts. This book is a really worthwhile read. I don't think there is anything else like it out there - and I've been looking. It gives the details without the usual false promises you get on the internet and in adverts.
