Very disappointing
This book has a MAJOR flaw in that it contains NO explanations for any of the answers. This defeats the whole point of learning from doing practice questions.

The only advantage I can see is that the RCOG press produce it, so perhaps it might be the nearest thing to what will actually be in the exam. It's also a small size so at least it's portable.

Waste of money, I think. I'd avoid and buy the PasTest one instead

Pertinent and Engaging Guide
I found this book to be highly accessible, and made some very difficult subjects wholly engaging. I feel confident that it has aided me in my preparation for my forthcoming exams, and thank the authors and the Royal College greatly.

Well worth a buy
Having used this guide as an aid to my revision for the DRCOG exam and having passed! I cannot recommend this guide enough. I acknowledge the criticism re no explanations, however I found that the guide provided me with a familiarity with the format of the paper and the mock tests increased my confidence in my own knowledge of this subject area.
