Excellent for learning about Electronics
This book goes into so much detail that will enable you to pass your exams. I have just take my GCSE Electronics exams today and without reading this book over the last few weeks, I would have struggled.

The book has a lot of detail about the materials which are brilliant for your coursework, but a bit too detailed for the exam.

The electronics section explains clearly how to interface circuits and gives you ideas for coursework circuits.

The coursework section of this guide gives you brilliant guidance about how design is performed in businesses.

Definately recommend this revision guide - worth every penny!

The Essential Text Book for Electronic GCSE
I learned much in my personal professional development about teaching electronics to teenagers from David McHugh on day release courses that he lead. The book contains all you need to know to pass a GCSE in this subject and more besides in a well laid out format.
And so it should as David has progressed since then to being the chief examiner for the subject for AQA.
I now Teach the subject and have used this book as a subject text book since it was first published and I have enjoyed very good results from so doing.
An essential text

A great teaching aid
Having been desperately looking for a teaching aid/revision guide for Electronic Products for years, this book is wonderful!!!!
I would recommend this book and the student workbook that goes with it, to any teacher or student for that matter.
