Highly Recommended for Both New and Experienced Landlords
I work very closely with both landlords and tenants and therefore, I decided to buy this book and I am very impressed by the contents and invaluable knowledge on offer.

The book covers several important topics such as; the legal framework, gas regulations, houses in multiple occupation and more importantly from our perspective; the inventory, which I believe plays a key part if in the unfortunate circumstance, the landlord finds him/herself in a dispute with the tenant or vice versa.

We at Mulberry inventories have come across many disputes, where the landlord has failed to compile an independent inventory. Therefore, it is refreshing to see the author highlight the importance of getting an impartial inventory document compiled.

I have no hesitation in recommending this book to anyone, especially if you are contemplating on letting out your property, as it will in the long-term save you from making a costly mistake.
