Fantastic!
If your looking for some fun ideas to keep your toddler busy and their mind active then this is the book for you.
I was very impressed with exactly how many excellent ideas there were. All the activites cost absolutly nothing and make use of things that you would have around the house, i.e paper bags, old clothes and pots and pans.
I spend a lot of time with my daughter trying to think up new and interesting things to do and I found this book invaluable, most of the ideas had never crossed my mind. Written in a short and simple way I really do reccomend this book to not only enjoy but to create lasting memories for your child. Examples of activites: creating a doll hospital from shoe boxes, creating an animal island using the sofa and many many more.
other books are better
I got this out of the library and would not buy it. It has some nice ideas, but only a few were really exciting. And I just didn't like its tone - very safety first, the toddlers busy book for instance has a much better range of really fun ideas
Lots of ideas here
After buying the Baby version of this book (see "365 Activities you and your Baby will love" - by the same author), I had to get the Toddler version for my very busy toddler-in-the-making. I know some may find this a little twee and full of too many Americanisms (I'm half American myself, so think I'm allowed to say that without offending!), but these books are great for those days when you need some inspiration for new ideas for fun play with your baby. Most need no money and make use of things around your home (such as making assualt course with pillows and blankets) or consist of taking in your surroundings when out and about. I think these books also make brilliant gifts for new parents.
If you struggle sometimes to think of new ways entertain your older baby (or in the case of Toddlers, distract them when needed), then this book is for you!
