The ultimate coffee-table book for retro-sexuals.
Phew! What a book! So you like ladies, yeah? You like a bit of Raymond Chandler seediness mixed in with your glamour? You get your thrills from slender legs in seamed nylons, huh? Well friend, you aint gonna get better than this mammoth portfolio of outstanding beauties.
Chas Ray Krider is thee man! As well as being an avid collector of vintage underwear (and a fantastic photographer), he also happens to have impeccable taste in women judging by the jaw-dropping vixens in these pages.
As the title would suggest, all of the photographs are shot in cheap motels (or at least, sets made to look like rooms in a cheap motel anyway) with bad 60's paintings, shagpile carpets and enormous table lamps dotted all over the place. CRK has taken the risque but innocent fetish imagery of Irving Klaw and Elmer Batters back to the future and added oodles of class and tons more sexiness. This is real slick stuff. The slinky models are all done up in the aforementioned lingerie and posed in various situations that leave plenty of scope for the imagination to run riot. And all in glorious colour! Think film noir (only in colour) combined with the sauciness of Agent Provocateur undergarments and you're halfway there.
Oh, did I mention that the goddess of retro-fetish, Dita Von Tease is featured on more than a few pages?
This is one motel that I'm gonna check into!

a stunning book
what can i say, i bought this book on the recomendation of the previous reveiw and i was not dissapointed.
The title may put people off saying the word 'fetish' but its a wonderfull feast of eye candy with quaint little touches that bring modern reallity (you will have to look for them) overall one of the best types of this style i have bought and its a large format.
Its great fun and beutifully photographed with humour and glamour (and gymnastic's).
Buy it you will never regret it or want to get rid of it.
I have to agree with Red its a motel i would check into too.

Just Incredible
Be prepared to be blown away by the stunning photography in this book. The pictures are saturated with colour and texture- you feel like you could feel the carpet pile! It's pure retro-mania with old-skool girdles, non stretch stockings and bullet bras and really gorgeous girls! At the price it's going for at the moment, what are you waiting for? Geddit now!
