Good but not like the other Culinarias.3
I bought this book after having bought and read the Culinaria Italy and Spain books which were excellent. This book i found dissapointed a little. It's still good but felt it could have gone a little more into depth. It's also a smaller book with less pages than the other "classic" culinaria books.
