Great for kids and their parents
I and my kids aged 10, 14 and 18 all enjoyed this. CD gives you a little background and some excerpts of music on each composer. Interesting for those who know little or nothing about classical music, or who the famous named composers are. More Classical composors continues in a similar theme. Recommended for long car journeys.

Great teaching resource
I used this CD with years 4 and 6 recently. The information is fascinating and Aled Jones' reading of the information is great.
The children loved listening to this CD each week, making notes on the various composers and over the course of 6 weeks became familiar with the works of these composers and appreciated what they (the composers) had gone through in their lives to create the music we all know.
