Not very impressed .....
Not a lot of detail has been put into this book, the recipe methods are quite basic and do not provide the detail required for making some the dishes on offer here, which are often rather complex. I have four Chinese supermarkets where I live, and really struggled to find some of the ingredients noted (i.e. bean curd knots, black moss).
The majority of recipes do look quite nice, however they are more suitable for dinner parties, occasions etc where there are lots of little dishes to try - few of the recipes will really make a full and satisfying meal on their own. This is the biggest downfall of this book.
An OK book, but I am sue there is better on the market ....
