Haunting music
This is a fantastic collection of tracks from a fantastic movie.
The mixture of instramentals and live extracts are of excellant quality.When you sit back and really listen to the music,you can
sense the haunting flavour and when you know that 75% of all German sub-mariners never returned from duty at sea,it add's to the harrowing feeling on tracks 25-30,being depth-charged,men screaming knowing that if they're hit,it's the end.The opening tracks are 1-5 are my favourites,24 is the single version and 25 creates and let's us,the audience,have some kind of idea of the tension and atmosphere on board a u-boat.I highly recommend this soundtrack.
