Night of Nights and Shining Sekker Superstars
The Seekers were one of the top five bands of the 1960's - outselling the Beatles and the Stones in 1965. Their close knit harmonies, easy but very professional approach to their music born in folk / jazz roots made them a hard act to compete with, the amazing vocals of Judith Durham did much to secure this, with her crystal clear diction, bell like angelic voice, powerful and meaningful faultless delivery.

This CD set is live in concert and you cannot fault the quality of the singing and instrumentation, the band sound as good now as they ever did, enough to give you goosebumps as you listen. The album is upbeat, positive and you come away from the end of it feeling pretty elated. I usually start playing it over again! Enjoy this superb piece of work from the supreme Australian group - The Seekers, it is well worht having in your collection!!
