Customer Reviews

Pure Genius5
A must for any Eddi fan. She's at her sublime best in Mirmama from auld folk tunes to party pieces to her own genius and of course wonderfully raw in First of a million kisses. Listen and become addicted!

What a lovely music5

I have been listing to "First of a Million Kisses" (sold as "The First Kiss" in Japan) and "Ay Fond Kiss" (sold as "The last Kiss" in Japan) since I was 19...well...then for 17 years.

Everyone has heard "Perfect" (I hate it when they use this song inappropriately on TV), but these three CDs pack little-known yet unforgettable gems. Highly recommended.

I specially love 'Walkin' After Midnight', 'You send me', 'Winter Rose'. But my personal favourite is 'Allelujah'(in "Ay Fond Kiss"). I was born on the other side of earth, but I can still easily picture the scenes of this song. I think this is what a truly great song is all about.

Well, I am sure you will understand the songs more than I do, so have a good listen to!
