CD Description
'A New Day' captures Dion's 2003 Las Vegas residency. Performing a greatest hit set ('All Coming Back To Me Now', 'My Heart Will Go On', 'I Want You To Need Me'...) mixed with performance art and theatrics directed by Franco Dragone (Cirque De Soliel). This CD is a recording of one of the last performances of the 200 night run. This limited edition version also contains a DVD with live footage and a behind the scenes documentary.

Not sure about this one!
I saw Celine in Las Vegas in September 2003. It was a fantastic live show! The music on this CD is great and Celines voice remains one of the best. However, be aware that this CD does not include all the songs from the show, which is disappointing.
I had hoped that as this is a 'live' CD, breaks between songs would be mixed together, but the breaks between songs are abruptly edited and it spoils the overall effect.
'A New Day - Live in Las Vegas' leaves me feeling that it was a Record Execs money making (and 'rushed') idea because it lacks the usual finesse of a Celine Dion CD.
For Celine fans it's a must, but for the occasional listener I'd recommend a Celine studio album instead.

Hearing Celine Live is a Treat!
As a die hard fan, I've heard Celine live in Zurich,New York and London. I haven't seen the Las Vegas show yet, but this CD has me yearning to take the next plane out!!

Few singers in the world sound better live than on studio recordings. Celine's voice is flawless, powerful and soul stirring... a tribute to a truly great singer. The songs are a mix of old and new. The last two, new studio recordings, prove Celine has lost none of her magic touch. Both 'You and I' and 'Aint Gnna Look The Other Way' are Celine 100% at her best.

Hope everyone who listens to this album will enjoy it as much as I do. The bonus DVD is truly inspirational -- giving us a glimpse into the amazing hard work and pure passion that's gone into making a great show.

Celine, you are special, one of a kind! Thanks for bringing so much joy to our hearts.

Just Like Being There...Again!
I was lucky to see the show in March 2004.

This recording is the perfect reminder of that concert!

If you don't get the chance to see Celine perform this live, you won't do any better than to buy this. It was like being back in the Colossuem at Caesar's Palace!
