Great source of motivation! Must have for Osbourne fans!5
After tinkering my US DVD player to read PAL DVD's, I quickly set out to buy this DVD and ONLY this DVD! I'm a fan of the Osbourne's show when it was on MTV, and when I heard Jack was doing his own thing...well, I wanted to check it out.

Wasn't dissapointed! Jack's transformation from drug/alcohol addicted teen, to agile & sculpted climbing athlete was nothing short of spectacular. Now granted we all can't afford to have a Mike & Bean (Jack's trainers/friends in movie). But nonetheless, it's a fun movie I enjoy watching to get me pumped up. Jack could have obviously drugged & drank himself into oblivion, as he had all the money to do such. But he chose a better life. And seeing Ozzy & Sharon greet their son in tears, at the base of El Capitan, was very touching. :)

It's motivated me to lose 31 pounds (2.5 stone) since buying the DVD in early January. All with a lifestyle change of diet & exercise. I've been heavy most of my life, and knew a change needed to happen. Plenty more weight to come off, but I thank this DVD for giving me that last, extra nudge off my rear to get things going!

I always say motivation in life comes from some of the most unexpeted corners of life. And I certainly never would have forseen getting motivated by someone 7 years my junior. But, it has, and that's what makes life so great! Way to go, Jack. ;)

As Good as when it was on TV4
This DVD was excellent. It shows Jack really fat and wanting to take on climbing El Capitan (a really high mountain).
It then shows him having to undertake a huge 6 month training regime to get fit enough to climb this mountain - as it would take a fit person at least 5 days to climb it!
You'll see him enduring in running in suits, colonic irregation and fights in thailand against professional kickboxers.
It is great to watch and you get to see funny things like Ozzy Osbourne say 'You've turned my son into a f**king stick-insect!'

Adrenaline Junkie4
'Adrenaline Junkie' is a three part series looking at Jack Osbourne as he trains and gets fit for his climb of El Capitan mountain in Yosemite Park. It follows his journey as he goes from a slightly annoying, whinging, over weight adolescent, to a slimmed down, much less whinging and focused young adult. Although advertised as a one disc package, when mine arrived it had a second disc of extras, which included out-takes, interviews and additional featurettes about the training and climb. Although Jack complains a lot in this series, something about him is endearing and having read his autobiography I know how much this challenge changed him and helped him after his alcohol/drug rehabilitation. The extra challenges to help his training, like muay thai training and fight and running with the bulls in Pamplona, add additional interest to an already interesting series and form a solid foundation for his next series (adrenaline Junkies 2) which focuses on these types of challenges rather than the one big goal of this series. This is a short series, but one that you should enjoy every second of. My minor gripe is that I wish it had been edited for DVD to cut out all of the pre and post advert break repetition, that aside you have a good few hours of TV.
